JOGAILOS street 10
Built in the 19th century this building is one of the most beautiful buildings in the Old Town of Vilnius. The façade and interior of the house are richly decorated with motifs that are distinctive to the Neo-Baroque and Neoclassical eras.
Design proposals for the reconstruction of premises according to the original – residential purpose of the building – are prepared for the reconstruction project.
It is planned to forego some of the elements, which were created during previous reconstruction, and to apply some of them to the new purpose. Ready-made parking spaces and other solutions without which luxury apartments are unimaginable. The ornate facade of the Jogaila Street, the central staircase and a number of interior décor elements are known and remain what the author (architect Vladislav Feliksovich Stypulkovsky, 1899) designed and built more than 120 years ago.
